Job summary

Lenovo's Global Future Leaders Program offers a Global Product Services Market Intelligence AI Strategy Associate role. You will contribute to GPS's outside-in market perspective, understanding customer needs, competitors, market trends, and AI developments, turning insights into clear recommendations guiding portfolio strategy and AI-enabled services.

You will report to the GPS Strategy, Portfolio, and Product Management Director and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; able to structure ambiguous business questions.
• Experience conducting research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, or data analysis through internships, projects, or work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to synthesize findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence research to identify customer needs and industry trends for GPS.
• Perform competitive analysis to assess portfolio positioning and market developments.
• Support product managers with research and data-driven recommendations informing strategy.
• Analyze opportunities to grow attach and improve portfolio completeness for GPS services.
• Monitor AI trends and identify ways to embed AI into sales, delivery, and services.
• Create executive-ready presentations translating insights into clear business recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
