Job summary

DN Solutions America is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Planning Manager to develop and execute comprehensive product plans for our Turning and Milling lines. You will conduct market research, identify customer pain points, and create a detailed product roadmap guiding development and launches.

This role requires coordinating with R&D, AE, Automation, and CS to align strategy with market needs, and to optimize product performance and sales across global and local rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product planning/management.
• Knowledge of the current Machine Tool Industry and US market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collect and analyze customer data to drive product improvements and new features.
• Coordinate with R&D, AE, Automation, CS to align on product strategy.
• Define a clear product roadmap prioritizing features by market and customer needs.
• Develop launch plans including marketing strategies and sales enablement materials.
