Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product ownership or business analysis experience.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding and application of product ownership best practices.
• Experience translating business objectives into actionable deliverables and maintaining roadmaps/backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap and backlog based on business objectives.
• Translate product vision into actionable tasks with cross-functional teams.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide leadership in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Track milestones, monitor risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, documentation, and end-user training as required.
• Regularly communicate project status and outcomes to leadership.
