CLA seeks a Senior Product Owner to drive business value through end-to-end product ownership, from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization. You’ll partner with product leadership to shape the vision and own execution within the product area, balancing short-term goals with the long-term strategy.

Formación

• Four years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product ownership from discovery to delivery and post‑launch optimization.
• Partner with product leadership to shape vision and strategy while owning execution within the product area.
• Translate discovery insights into hypotheses and backlog items with feasibility and outcomes alignment.
• Develop product requirements, processes, and prototypes defining user needs and goals.
• Prioritize backlog using MoSCoW, Value‑Effort, RICE; balance time to market, scalability, and debt.
• Translate vision into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with leadership on cross‑team risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering/architecture to align solutions with platform patterns.
• Own delivery milestones, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and monitor progress toward OKRs.
