CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior Product Owner in Dallas to drive business value through end-to-end product ownership—from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization. The role emphasizes outcome-focused strategy, continuous discovery, delivery execution, and operational sustainability with strong technical depth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of relevant experience required.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product leadership to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned product area.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to validate user problems and identify opportunities.
• Translate discovery insights into hypotheses and actionable backlog items with confirmed feasibility and alignment to desired outcomes.
• Clearly communicate priorities, findings, and progress to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Own delivery execution for the assigned product area from validated requirements through production release and post-launch enhancements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Define delivery milestones and success criteria in partnership with Scrum Masters and program managers.
• Monitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure delivery aligns with objectives and timelines.
