Job summary

Tier4 Group in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to lead the delivery of best-in-class tools for our frontline teams. You will support ideation, roadmapping, and execution from concept to adoption within the Tools and Technology team.

Collaborate with Analysts, UX/UI, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear user stories, manage backlogs, and drive data‑driven product decisions. You will champion Agile practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Agile Product Management training.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a dynamic agile environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in written and oral communications.
• Curious mindset to drive innovation and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Analysts in gathering, translating, and communicating business requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage squad/pod backlogs, prioritizing work within Agile delivery teams.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to design customer-facing digital experiences.
• Use data and analytics to drive product strategy, roadmap decisions, and adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and accept work against criteria.
• Align cross-functional initiatives to ensure consistency and coordination across teams.
• Create and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
