Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking a Director of Product Operations to turn strategy into momentum across our healthcare software portfolio. You will design governance, processes, metrics, release disciplines, and cross-functional programs that move ideas from discovery to launch and adoption.

You’ll lead product distribution, enablement, and scalable training, documentation, and communications to empower employees, customers, and partners to understand and confidently use our solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles in healthcare software.
Experience designing product operating models, lifecycle governance, and release processes.
Strong program leadership, KPI definition, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts.
Experience creating scalable documentation and training resources for enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Design the Product Operations strategy, governance and playbooks.
Lead roadmap planning, portfolio cadences and readiness reviews.
Coordinate release management with integrated schedules.
Drive cross-functional productization and launch programs.
Develop scalable product enablement and training resources.
Own knowledge management and product documentation.
Partner with multiple teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
