Job summary

Highmark Health in Nashville seeks a Product Leader who defines the product’s fundamental value proposition, outlines vision and execution plan, and gains alignment with strategic partners. The incumbent will attend sprint and milestone reviews with the Delivery team.

You will own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and represent the product in governance meetings, driving cross‑product value and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Develops a holistic product vision and the corresponding strategy to drive maximum value; communicates roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders.
• Anticipates future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify improvements.
• Represents the product in governance meetings.
• Sets and communicates roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences from product team to executives.
• Owns the product backlog and refreshes it with inputs from internal and partner teams.
• Drives cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Owns sets of products/tools within the portfolio.
• Travel as required (0% - 25%).
• Other duties as assigned.
