• Build consensus across Kanban and Continuous Learning owners
• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into strategy briefs
• Optimize the supply chain to balance cost, speed, and reliability
• Knit together the Woodbury, MN P&L from pieces three teams own separately
