CIVCO is seeking a Product Manager to guide the Probe Reprocessing portfolio, driving strategy, go-to-market plans, and global product delivery. You will align Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Service to meet evolving clinical and geographic market needs while maximizing brand exposure and product performance.

The role emphasizes pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and continuous market assessments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product marketing strategy or related experience.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership are essential.
• Preference for MBA and medical device/ultrasound knowledge.

Mansioni

• Develop near and long-term roadmap strategies aligned with market trends.
• Lead portfolio reviews and communicate direction to teams.
• Collaborate on product definitions responsive to customer needs.
