GE HealthCare in State College, PA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Ultrasound Probes to lead cross-functional programs spanning R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain and Regions. You will drive NPIs, process improvements, and governance to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

You will work with segment leaders and product managers to align portfolio priorities with business goals, embed HeartBeat operating rhythm, and advance Hoshin Kanri initiatives across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• Significant experience in program management within regulated environments (medical devices/healthcare).
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across Ultrasound Probes including NPIs and portfolio priorities.
• Translate priorities into program plans with milestones, owners, deliverables and risks.
• Establish governance, dashboards and operating rhythms for senior leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QA/RA and regional teams.
• Communicate updates clearly, influence stakeholders, and drive execution with rigor.
