Job summary

Arkema in Mulberry, FL seeks a Product Portfolio Lead for Crop Nutrition & Industrial Minerals to own strategy, lifecycle management, and regional standardization. You will drive margin improvements through cost optimization and SKU rationalization, coordinating with commercial and support functions.

Responsibilities include managing Stage Gate processes, developing calendars, and partnering on value chain analyses, roadmaps and competitive insights, with regional travel (~15%).

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering/Chemistry; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in Portfolio Management, Product and New Business Development.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project valuation calculations.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of presenting to customers and end markets.
• Proven project management and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product portfolio aligned with regional needs and global strategy.
• Conduct lifecycle analyses and portfolio reviews to determine promotions, rationalizations and new product needs.
• Standardize portfolio regionally to leverage manufacturing footprint and optimize supply chain and sourcing.
• Refine service level requirements by product in collaboration with sales and marketing for supply chain execution.
• Approve creation of new raw materials, products and packaging; ensure accurate product master data.
• Support CSR efforts and CSR-related product development initiatives.
