Job summary
MilliporeSigma in Bedford/Burlington, MA seeks a Strategic Product Manager to lead growth for our 2D single-use bags and assemblies in freeze/thaw applications within the Bulk Drug Substance market. You will own the business strategy, leveraging market insight, technical knowledge, and commercial discipline to drive profitability and market leadership.
You will develop plans, roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market strategies while coordinating with R&D, operations, and sales across a global matrix
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in product management/strategic marketing in bioprocessing, with freeze/thaw or bulk drug substance apps.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
- Deep knowledge of single-use assemblies and their role in storage/transport.
- Experience managing multiple projects with independence and agility.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear vision and strategic plan for 2D single-use bags and assemblies in freeze/thaw applications.
- Translate customer needs and technical requirements into business cases and market sizing.
- Drive product development roadmap and lead launches from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate with R&D, commercial, operations to accelerate innovation in a global matrix.
- Formulate pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
