Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Product Manager for Emerging Businesses based in Orlando. You will collaborate with technology, legal, marketing, and operations to define product strategy and roadmaps, prioritise features, and translate business needs into actionable artifacts.

You’ll serve as the PMPOC for multi-phase projects and drive continuous improvement across teams. The role requires 3+ years in product management, strong communication, and experience with Agile SDLC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience identifying, defining, and addressing technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve results across large matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels, including leading stakeholder requirements sessions.
• Experience collaborating with and achieving results through others and the capability to influence people without direct authority.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with initiative.
• Experience handling multiple high-priority, high-visibility work streams and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Ability to be flexible and tweak documentation and processes as business needs evolve, with focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and SDLC phases.
• Has led small to medium digital and technology projects, including estimates, scope, and plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategies using technology to drive the business.
• Help define product strategy, roadmaps, features, and prioritization for client functionalities including home inventory and Sales & Marketing initiatives.
• Document features by translating business requirements into product artifacts such as briefs, strategy decks, user stories, acceptance criteria, and go-to-market plans.
• Act as day-to-day product POC for multi-phase capital/expense projects.
• Maintain and prioritise Jira product backlog and provide updates to leadership.
• Validate work in QA and production environments to ensure completion.
• Collaborate with partners to understand business needs and relay information to product leadership.
• Support delivery and ongoing maintenance including product build, content configuration and incident management.
