Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management or similar software delivery role.
• Strong background in software development environments (SaaS/B2B/enterprise).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into technical specs.
• Proven ability to manage product initiatives through the SDLC from discovery to deployment.
• Understanding of software architecture, integrations, and deployment considerations.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex processes into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and balance priorities.
• Comfort challenging assumptions and managing competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to understand workflows and objectives.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks.
• Define problems and evaluate potential solutions with business value.
• Break down requirements into epics and tasks; ensure clarity for development teams.
• Own initiatives from discovery through deployment and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to ensure feasible solutions.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and address delivery obstacles.
• Review epics and backlogs to improve readiness and prioritization.
• Maintain alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes.
• Identify workflow and functionality improvements for better customer experience.
• Build relationships with internal customers and validate requirements throughout the process.
• Communicate trade-offs and manage expectations for in-feasible requests.
• Guide teams with disciplined Agile processes and backlog refinement.
