You will mentor Product Owners, align on business outcomes, and lead cross‑functional efforts to optimize the customer experience. Experience in Agile, analytics, and roadmapping is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–9 years of relevant business experience in product management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management, stakeholder management, research, and design.
• Certified Product Manager or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns long‑term product roadmap as part of broader business strategy.
• Develops compelling product strategy via personas, use cases, and value propositions.
• Leads cross‑functional collaboration to plan releases across multiple products.
• Mentors Product Owners and aligns teams with business outcomes.
