Job summary

Hippocratic AI Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Data Analyst in Menlo Park to define measurement frameworks and quantify the impact of our clinical AI platform.

This role partners with executives, product, engineering, and clinical leads to guide strategic investments and drive data-informed decisions. You will translate high-level strategy into rigorous analytic programs, build ROI models, and articulate value to C-suite and healthcare partners while shaping the company’s product analytics

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product analytics, strategy, or related experience in tech or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline.
• Advanced SQL and independently analyze large datasets; Python preferred.
• Track record influencing product strategy and roadmaps using data.
• Experience with Looker/Tableau/Metabase or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define how we measure success with company-wide AI agent evaluation frameworks.
• Define North Star metrics and multi-tier measurement strategies for long-term product vision.
• Design analytical approaches to evaluate product changes, including real-world settings.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch analyses to assess impact and outcomes.
• Architect end-to-end analytical solutions and provide high-conviction recommendations to executives.
• Develop ROI models linking product adoption to health system outcomes and ROI.
