Hippocratic AI Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Payor/Provider vertical to drive strategy and ROI-focused value delivery across health plans, providers, and health systems.

You will partner directly with customers, translate regulatory requirements into product specs, and work with Engineering to ship high-impact workflows from pilot to production. This role is based in Menlo Park and requires strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in health insurance/payor ecosystem for providers or health systems.
• Track record of building workflows tied to measurable ROI or value.
• Experience partnering with Engineering to ship products.
• Comfort in customer conversations translating needs into product decisions.
• Knowledge of NCQA/HEDIS regulatory constraints and provider workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the vertical strategy for the payor/provider market and translate it into a roadmap.
• Serve as the primary product partner for payor and health-system stakeholders, translating requirements into product specs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to convert customer needs into actionable tech specs and manage prioritization.
• Support GTM by developing ROI models and case studies to aid sales and marketing.
