AIR Communities seeks a Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist to support purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management across projects and operations. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices, ensuring contract compliance and leveraging the Coupa platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing or related field.
• Experience with Coupa procurement platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier relationships for services and procurement categories.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors for sourcing, purchasing, and contracts.
• Negotiate vendor terms to optimize value, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintenance in procurement systems.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supplier risk.
• Maintain accurate supplier and contract documentation per policy.
• Support development and execution of vendor agreements for projects and operations.
• Collaborate to prepare RFPs, scopes of work, and specs for contracts.
• Assist with Coupa administration, configuration, and reporting.
