Job summary

Recom is hiring a procurement leader to own vendor spend, negotiate contracts, and run competitive sourcing. You will manage invoices, drive cost savings, and enforce purchasing policies with cross‑functional collaboration.

In this role, you will interact with senior leadership to optimize software, services, and facilities spend, while tracking results and maintaining a centralized contract repository.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to negotiate favorable vendor contracts and drive savings.
• Experience running RFPs from scope to award and managing renewals.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with accounts payable workflows and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of new contracts, renewals, and amendments with vendors.
• Run RFPs across software, services, and facilities; build scorecards and selections.
• Review and approve invoices against contracts and deliverables.
• Own spend reporting by category and vendor; identify savings opportunities.
• Ensure purchasing policies are followed and no off-contract purchases occur.
