Job summary

Precision Heli-Support, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Purchasing Administrator/Tools and Materials Coordinator to manage purchase orders, inventory, and vendor relations in a fast-paced environment.

You will negotiate supplier terms, track deliveries, maintain the tool crib, and support mechanics and departments with pricing and availability, benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package. This hourly role pays $20.00–$22.00 and includes standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Purchase Orders for Work/Repair Order or Shop, ensuring accuracy in terms of product specifications, pricings, and delivery schedules.
• Research potential approved vendors.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules and payment to secure best deal for the company.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Coordinate with vendor when an order is found to have discrepancies i.e. missing, incomplete, wrong deliveries or missing documents.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Assist mechanics and managers in providing pricing and availability of products.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Providing status of orders to respective departments.
• Maintain tools and materials in the tool crib.
