Job summary

Jamco America Inc is seeking a procurement professional to proactively communicate with customers, prepare RFQs, and place orders to ensure on-time delivery. You will coordinate with suppliers, review bids, and manage shipping arrangements while supporting the Export team.

The role requires bilingual Japanese capability, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Non-Exempt status and location in Everett, WA are noted.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Professional with proven organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate price, delivery options, specifications, quality and other customer requirements.
• Maintain procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality and on time delivery performance.
• Expedite delivery of goods to customers.
• Prepare purchase order and send it to supplier.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder, supplier, inspectors, and customer for any rejected items.
