Job summary

TLC Electronics is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end material supply chain. You will create POs in the ERP, onboard suppliers, and update vendor records while monitoring pricing and availability to support production demands.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Sales, and Scheduling to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely material delivery, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and data-driven improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years procurement experience in a manufacturing or electro-mechanical setting.
• Ability to travel to local suppliers as needed.
• Experience using ERP, CRM and related procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and send purchase orders in ERP.
• Send required documentation to suppliers from ERP.
• Enter and update new parts and vendors into the ERP.
• Price updates on raw materials.
• Review material demand and issue POs to approved suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and maintain supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Scheduling, Sales and Production on material delivery and delays.
• Monitor supplier performance and compile data as needed.
