Job summary

CBHA is seeking a detail-oriented procurement specialist responsible for timely purchase orders, inventory control, vendor coordination, and resolving order discrepancies to keep healthcare supply chains running smoothly.

You will maintain compliance with policies, manage receiving and invoicing handoffs, and support a safe storage environment while upholding confidentiality and WE CARE standards across clinics.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent in business, purchasing, supply chain management, accounting, or related field.
• Familiarity with purchasing, receiving and inventory management operations.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory and requisition software.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and convert requisitions into POs.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and manage supplier relations.
• Resolve order discrepancies and process returns.
• Coordinate receiving, verify deliveries, and attach digital records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across storage areas.
• Uphold confidentiality and WE CARE standards; support other duties as assigned.
