Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement to design and execute strategic procurement processes for direct and indirect goods and services. You will lead a centralized program, build vendor partnerships, and ensure policy compliance across the organization, with future team expansion as the business grows.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of related experience, including 3+ years supervising staff.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a procurement business plan and long-term goals.
Manage procurement team performance and development plans.
Serve as primary contact for procurement questions, training, policy and procedure timeliness.
Identify optimization opportunities from financial results and spend analysis.
Lead RFP processes and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
Lead initial and renewal contract negotiation and administration.
Track contract expirations and renewals; manage pro-actively.
Ensure vendor performance aligns with contract terms and policies.
Develop and implement procurement-related training programs.
Update and enforce procurement policies and procedures for organizational value.
