• Experienced with selecting, ordering, and authorizing payment for material.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and provide clear, concise updates to all involved parties.
• Competency with data analysis, use of MS tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to anticipate and fulfill procurement needs.
• Receives and reviews purchase requests, gathers and evaluates quotes, and seeks necessary approvals.
• Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and delivery performance.
• Prepare procurement reports for management briefing.
• Streamline and optimize procurement processes by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Maintains procurement records in system of record, such as items or services purchased, costs, and delivery.
• Act as a primary problem-solver for complex procurement issues, setting an example of effective decision-making and proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company, government, and customer requirements by maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and following regulated procurement processes.
• Drives a culture of accountability, integrity, and innovation within the procurement team.
