Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• One year of related work experience.
• Georgia Certified Purchasing Associate (GCPA) or ability to obtain within nine months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions.
• Investigate and develop sources of supply.
• Evaluate requisitions and initiate bidding processes.
• Review contracts and quotes for appropriateness and cost.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and sole source/brand decisions.
• Monitor vendor performance for contract compliance.
• Maintain documents, files, and records.
