• Two years of related professional purchasing/asset management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Issues Purchase Orders, RFbs, and other procurement-related documents for goods and services.
• Evaluates and analyzes bids for compliance and responsiveness.
• Interviews vendors and negotiates pricing structures, product/service quality, and warranties.
• Maintains procurement-related systems and reports; trains staff and vendors on procedures.
• Ensures compliance with insurance requirements and certificates of insurance when applicable.
• Supports procurement regulations and provides guidance to departments and the public.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Two years of related work experience in purchasing, asset management auditing, disposition, or a related field
