Job summary

Electrolux Midea Appliance Manufacturing (EMAM) is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of daily purchase orders for materials used in home appliance manufacturing. You will partner with Planning, Logistics, Quality, and R&D to secure timely delivery of quality materials at optimal cost and ensure compliance with controls and audits.

The role covers supplier performance, inventory health, and collaboration across a matrix organization to support uninterrupted production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years procurement execution experience in a large manufacturing organization.
• Proficiency with SCP systems and ERP tools.
• Strong Excel data processing skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, monitor, and adjust purchase orders based on MRP signals.
• Monitor supplier delivery and resolve disruptions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Quality, R&D to support audits and improvements.
• Perform daily three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma procurement improvements and digitalization.
