Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to manage the timely and economical procurement of parts, materials, equipment, and services for its manufacturing operations in Woodland, CA. You will report to the Procurement Manager and handle mid-level complexity day-to-day fulfillment and vendor coordination.

Key duties include issuing purchase orders, onboarding suppliers, driving cost savings, tracking shipments, and collaborating with Engineering, Inventory Control, Production, and

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years’ experience in a Buyer role with increasing responsibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of ViewPoint Software and MS programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts, materials, equipment, and services for manufacturing.
• Manage day-to-day fulfillment of material requirements and vendor coordination.
• Issue purchase orders and onboard suppliers.
• Drive cost savings and monitor vendor quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Inventory Control, Production, and Accounts Payables.
