Clark Associates is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to manage inventory across our network and own pricing execution. The role focuses on inventory maintenance, strategic planning, and vendor relationship management to optimize costs and profitability.

Based in Lancaster, PA, this full-time position is hybrid-friendly for those within a 1-hour drive. The Specialist will work with the Merchant team to execute pricing strategies and support operational efficiency across distribution

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory and pricing in a multi-channel procurement environment.
• Ability to coordinate with merchants and vendors to optimize cost-to-serve and profitability.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for daily inventory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve inventory management and strategic inventory planning goals.
• Independently manage daily inventory maintenance and day-to-day decisions.
• Lead execution of pricing strategies aligned with revenue, margin, and growth goals.
• Liaise between cross-functional teams to streamline pricing initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor market pricing and adjust prices to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with merchant teams during negotiations to balance cost and efficiency.
• Identify and implement initiatives to optimize cost-to-serve in coordination with merchants.
• Manage daily vendor relationships and logistical alignment.
