Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing strategy, evaluates product offerings, negotiates contracts for assigned categories.
• Gathers business requirements and identifies potential suppliers.
• Develops and distributes RFPs/RFQs and collects bids or other information.
• Evaluates proposals/quotes based on quality, cost, and criteria; recommends suppliers.
• Works with suppliers to develop contractual agreements.
• May oversee purchasing operations and payment of invoices.
• Ensures procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
