Millennium Hotels & Resorts – Corporate in Denver is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support hotel procurement across our portfolio. You will drive efficient purchasing, vendor vetting, and cost control while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

You'll partner with General Managers, Financial Controllers, and Corporate teams to optimize spend, manage supplier relationships, and implement process improvements using BirchStreet or similar systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management experience preferred.
Hospitality, construction, engineering, or technical services experience preferred.
BirchStreet or similar E-Procurement system experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of purchasing, vendor vetting, pricing, sourcing, and receiving processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and procurement systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with property leadership, Accounting, Corporate teams, and vendors.

Responsabilités

Procurement & Purchasing: support hotels with purchasing, sourcing, and receiving activities to ensure efficient procurement.
Vendor Management & Partnerships: partner with Hotel General Managers and others to identify pricing and sourcing opportunities; work with Corporate Accounts Payable on discrepancies.
Analysis & Cost Management: monitor pricing trends and purchasing activity to support forecasting and budgeting; prepare ad hoc reports.
Compliance & Standards: ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements; maintain procurement records.
Team Collaboration: build relationships with property leadership, Accounting, Operations, and vendors; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
