Job summary

You will negotiate pricing, prepare procurement packages, coordinate with internal customers, and review supplier invoices while identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Source and procure hardware components, COTS items, and electronic components for production and IRAD
• Handle procurement processes, including price analysis, negotiations, FAR/DFARS compliance
• Place and oversee procurement packages
• Issue RFQs and Proposals and analyze proposed pricing
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure specifications meet needs
• Identify cost reductions and efficiency improvements; manage risk
• Review and approve supplier invoices
• Collaborate with Programs and Global Supply Chain teams
• Plan and schedule activities to achieve objectives
• Maintain outstanding written and verbal communication and stay highly organized
• Provide documentation to logistics/warehouse to ensure receipts are recorded
• Apply sound business practices and assess supplier performance
