Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes purchase orders and requisitions for goods and services.
• Collaborates with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• SOURCES and evaluates suppliers, negotiates pricing and monitors performance.
• Assist end users with specifications and maintains catalogs in P2P system.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising supply or quality.
• Coordinate bid events, prepare summaries, and advise upper management.
• Resolve procurement issues and support efficient department operations.
