Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advises and assists customers with less complex solicitations including developing specs, identifying suppliers, issuing solicitations, and evaluating responses
• Assists with complex solicitations under leadership guidance, including preparation of correspondence and tabulation of responses
• Reviews and approves purchase orders based on competition thresholds and current contracts
• Maintains Procurement Services websites and runs procurement reports in the financial system
• Registers new vendors and maintains the district vendor database
• Provides training and support on CCSD procurement procedures to staff and vendors
• Keeps knowledge current on purchasing practices through professional channels
• Performs other duties as assigned by administration
