Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) seeks a Strategic Procurement Specialist to support large-scale projects in construction and infrastructure. You will focus on high-value procurement, contract development and negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing to drive cost efficiency and risk control.

The role requires a strong background in procurement, with experience in major projects, cross-functional teamwork, and excellent negotiation and analytical skills to lead complex sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement, contract management, or supply chain experience.
• Major project, construction, manufacturing, utility, or infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of high-value goods, services, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and negotiate complex contracts, including pricing, terms, performance requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Lead sourcing events and negotiations with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and contract compliance.
