Job summary

NEXXTA, a U.S.-based manufacturer, seeks a Buyer to manage supplier relations, issue POs, and ensure on-time deliveries across materials and MRO. You will mediate supplier issues, track documentation, and support cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain, strong data-entry skills, MS Office proficiency, and APICS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain required or equivalent experience.
• APICS certification preferred to demonstrate supply chain knowledge.
• Experience with data entry and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders and track until material is received in system.
• Coordinate material pickups and manage supplier paperwork (invoices, COA, packing lists).
• Communicate delivery dates and issue Change Orders when schedules slip.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues to avoid disruptions.
• Resolve quality or shipment discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain inventory processes and assist in planning and audits.
