Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement is seeking an Associate, Procurement & Sourcing to join the PEPI team in Seattle. You will help lead and deliver procurement initiatives across portfolio companies, aligning sourcing strategies with growth and financial objectives.

The role requires 2-4+ years in consulting or industry, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and travel up to 80%. A Bachelor’s degree is required and MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement functions preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver project workstreams for complex client engagements.
• Work closely with Private Equity teams to identify, design, and implement procurement solutions.
• Conduct analysis and execute with team members to drive results.
• Develop and manage sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
