The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP platforms such as P21, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with data modeling and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel or data visualization tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with automated replenishment systems or procurement automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure industrial stock goods from approved suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain supplier relationships and regularly evaluate performance.
• Inventory & Replenishment Modeling; forecast demand and monitor turnover.
• Develop and implement replenishment models that automate purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with production and sales to align inventory with demand.
• Utilize ERP and supply chain analytics to monitor procurement KPIs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support planning and execution.
• Streamline procurement workflows and implement best practices.
• Support digital transformation in the supply chain.
