Job summary

GCM is seeking a Buyer-Planner to coordinate procurement, supplier selection, on-time delivery, and cost control for all products and services. You will plan requirements, manage supply chain activities, and ensure deliveries meet budgetary targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3–10 years progressive purchasing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchases materials and coordinates procurement activities for GCM.
• Plans, schedules, and monitors jobs and purchase orders to meet production requirements.
• Reviews supplier quotes and negotiates contracts within budget.
• Maintains procurement records including costs, delivery, and quality.
• Expedites orders and maintains supplier scorecards for on-time delivery and quality.
