Imperative Care in Campbell, California is seeking a Director of Procurement & Planning to lead all aspects of sourcing, supplier management and demand planning for current and future products.

You will oversee supplier relationships, drive cost savings, establish KPI programs, and partner with R&D and Finance to align procurement with corporate goals. This on-site, full-time role demands strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field (required).
• 10+ years in supply chain or procurement with 3+ years in management (required).
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and supplier partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply plans to achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels.
• Create, communicate, and manage policies and processes for Procurement and Planning.
• Build relationships with suppliers and external manufacturing partners at executive level.
• Establish KPI programs to measure internal and external performance.
• Partner with Finance and own budgetary and materials responsibilities.
