CACIQUE LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Irving, TX team. The role focuses on executing procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods, while supporting inventory planning to meet production schedules.

The analyst will negotiate prices, build supplier relationships, and contribute to MRP enhancements and reporting. A 2–4 year background in procurement or supply chain, with ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, planning, or broader supply chain roles.
• Experience in food or CPG industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, basic analytics).
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; track performance for quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Support development and maintenance of material requirements planning (MRP).
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing plans to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to align material flow with production schedules.
• Over time, assume increased responsibility for planning activities and MRP parameters.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on inventory status, supplier performance, and cost metrics.
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities using data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure procurement and planning activities comply with policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
