Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in business management or related field.
• Four years of progressive administrative experience with purchasing/contract lifecycle
• Experience with state contracting or procurement management preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the agency's contract and procurement portfolio.
• Oversee procurements and IGAs, and manage contract lifecycles.
• Negotiate with vendors and coordinate vendor selection.
• Represent the agency to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies for agency procurements.
• Administer the Office of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement staff
