Qualifications

Requires a four-year college degree in business management or a related field.
Four years of progressive administrative experience with experience in purchasing and contract lifecycle management.
Experience with state contracting or procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the agency's contract and procurement portfolio under supervision.
Oversee procurements and Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA) and contract lifecycles.
Represent the agency to internal/external stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
Supervise staff and develop strategic sourcing strategies for agency procurements.
Perform duties with a focus on efficiency, accountability and governance.
