Job summary

Suzano is seeking a Procurement Manager at the Pine Bluff, AR facility to drive strategy, policy, and system solutions for Services, Raw Materials, MRO, and Capex purchases. You will manage the storeroom, lead the team, and align with Packaging to deliver excellent service levels.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain/procurement, SAP MM/WM experience, and strong analytical leadership on a production floor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy, policy and procedures for Services, Raw Materials, MRO, and Capex purchases.
• Manage storeroom operations and inventory.
• Lead General Shutdowns purchasing strategy.
• Align procurement strategy with Packaging teams to ensure service excellence.
• Lead and train teams; conduct KPI-based performance evaluations.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and new sourcing locally and internationally.
• Support annual budget preparation and ensure SLAs with internal customers.
• Oversee warehouse activities: receiving, classification, spare parts management, and inventory.
