• Monitors market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risk.
• Maintains records and reports performance.
• Enforces procurement procedures to ensure compliance.
• Mentors and coaches Buyers and leads cross-functional teams.
• Develops procurement plan and KPI dashboards.
• Reviews procurement plans weekly with project teams.
• Evaluates vendor capabilities and financial stability.
