Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to lead supplier selection, evaluation and bid analysis for major civil projects in the United States. The role will coordinate with technical and legal teams to ensure compliant contractual terms and favorable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities include researching supplier lists, negotiating offers, and managing relationships within governance and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration or related field required.
Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
Background in research and market analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills.
Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Access).
Team player with flexible, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Research, identify and qualify an approved supplier list.
Define and manage suppliers within the vendor list with compliance.
Analyze, assess and negotiate offers from suppliers with commercial verification.
Coordinate with technical department to assess supplier proposals.
Prepare a summary of final bid recommendations with offers comparison.
Draft terms and conditions of contracts/purchase orders with legal & contract team.
Manage supplier relationships in line with governance and compliance.
