Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Procurement Manager in Colorado who will lead direct and indirect procurement across company operations, including government contracts. You will oversee sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier performance while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and audit-ready documentation.

You will collaborate with program management, finance, contracts, and operations to develop the procurement team and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive procurement experience including team leadership.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracts.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready procurement files.
• ERP/procurement systems experience; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong policy, control, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct and indirect procurement activities.
• Oversee sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and audit-ready documentation.
