The role requires 5+ years in procurement, a bachelor's in a related field, and strong financial analysis skills. Travel ~20%, full-time on-site, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance or equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of purchasing principles, sourcing, and commodity pricing methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement commodity strategies to minimize risk and drive supplier performance.
• Identify and prioritize procurement initiatives; allocate appropriate time and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Provide procurement leadership to the business by assisting with market assessment, risk management, strategy development, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Actively contribute to and assist with the development of market leading, exciting new products.
• Provide forecasts and analysis for financial, capital, strategic planning, and budgeting; educate leadership on market dynamics and metrics.
